About Me

Justin Paré

I was born and raised in Western Massachusetts where I graduated from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelors in Finance. While working as a disability and senior transportation operations executive in New York City, I attended Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York where I graduated with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence. After a fifteen year career in the disability and senior transportation field, most recently as a Regional Vice President, I relocated to Southern New Hampshire with my family and subsequently entered private practice as a solo attorney in 2013.

I was admitted to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar in 2012 and the State of New Hampshire Bar in 2013. I am also admitted to the Bars for the United Stated District Courts for the District of New Hampshire and the District of Massachusetts. I was admitted to the Bar for the Supreme Court of the United States in April of 2016.

I am an active member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the New Hampshire Bar Association. I belong to the Trust & Estates Sections of all three bar associations.

Having my law practice in Salem and Londonderry, I reside nearby in Windham with my wife, a local pediatrician, and our four children. I currently serve as the chairperson for the St. Mark the Evangelist Parish Pastoral Council. I also serve on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for two local non-profits,  The Community Caregivers of Greater Derry and The Greater Derry Track Club. I am also a first degree Knight of Columbus, St. Mark Council – 10488.
